Since the recent storm that hit areas of Tameside, we have worked to provide as much support as possible to all of our residents who were impacted by this shocking and extreme weather incident.

Following last night’s storm that hit areas of Tameside, we are working to ensure residents are safely accommodated. As well as carrying out emergency repairs and helping some residents find temporary housing, welfare calls are being made to residents in the immediate area.

Please note from Monday 25 December 2023 and during the festive period, we will be providing restricted services, including an Emergency Repairs service. Normal services will resume from Tuesday 02 January 2024.

Jigsaw Homes’ customer contact service Connect has achieved CCA (Customer Contact Association) Accreditation for the 13th year in a row.

We are currently aware of an issue with the automatic payment line for Jigsaw Homes Tameside and Jigsaw Homes Midlands.  If you have tried to use the payment line this morning and were unable to do so, we wish to apologise for any inconvenience caused.

The Jigsaw Foundation has awarded £13,500 to the Community Engagement Project at New Life Church in Ashton to support vulnerable residents in the community.

The Ashton Central Community Grocer launched last week to help make the cost of living more manageable for hundreds of residents. 

Jigsaw’s Neighbourhood Engagement teams put on a whole host of trick or treats for spooktacular Halloween events across our neighbourhoods.
