Jigsaw residents from three different community groups spent a day beside the seaside visiting Llandudno in Wales and exploring the coastal town.
Organised by our Neighbourhood Engagement Officer, Tanuja, residents from our Knit Knatter group at the Newton Hub, the Newton Group and Acresfield Community Garden came together and enjoyed the sun, walked along the pier, explored local shops and also had a bite to eat.
Our Knit Knatter group has also been busy hosting weekly craft sessions every Tuesday with residents across Hyde, Stalybridge, Ashton and Dukinfield joining the community group.
Over 30 people have attended the sessions; anybody is welcome to participate and learn to knit, crochet, socialise and make new friends.
