Following on from the publication of our Financial Statements for 2023/24 we have pulled together some of the key highlights during the year in the form of a Tenants’ Annual Report. The information provided in this report is collected from 1 April 2023 – 31 March 2024.
To create this report we surveyed tenants via our Jigsaw Rewards engagement platform to gauge what our tenants wanted to know about the Group and have included the information most requested by them.
Highlights include our key performance in areas such as new homes, neighbourhood plans, complaints, repairs and anti-social behaviour.
It takes a look at Tenant Satisfaction Measures, which all registered providers are committed to completing and reporting on to our regulator, using perception surveys to gather tenants’ views.
There are also details about support we give to our customers, from our hardship fund through to helping people gain skills and find employment.

Developing new homes remains key for the Group and in 2023/24 we delivered a record number of 929 new homes, with 106 properties for sale through shared ownership, to help people on the path to home-ownership.
