Pupils from Thomas Ashton School in Flowery Field, Hyde were gifted new school uniforms thanks to Jigsaw’s Neighbourhood Engagement Team.
Tanuja Patel, Jigsaw’s Neighbourhood Engagement Officer, supported with school with £236 to buy uniforms for children of varying age ranges; helping to alleviate the financial pressure for parents during the cost of living crisis.
Emma Stewart, Head of School, said: “Thank you for the school uniforms you very kindly bought and delivered. I am sure you can appreciate how difficult it is for some of our parents to buy new uniforms.
“For Jigsaw Homes to recognise this and support some families is amazing. We look forward to working with you on future projects to support our pupils.”
