Anti Social Behaviour (ASB) Awareness Week is taking place this week (18 24 July) and Jigsaw Homes will be supporting the movement to help tackle ASB in our communities.
Originally organised by community safety group Resolve, the week aims to bring awareness to the ways in which anti-social behaviour can be challenged and prevented.
As 33% of people said that ASB had worsened in their local area compared with three years ago, with a 41% rise in the North of England, it is important we take steps to make sure you are safe and free from anti-social behaviour.
Members of Jigsaw’s Neighbourhood Safety Team will attend a pop-up event alongside Tameside MBC to talk to members of the public and offer advice on how they can report ASB and how they can deal with minor incidents of ASB.
Two ASB Awareness Stands will be situated at:
- Ashton Outdoor Market Ground, Ashton on 19 July 2022, 11am – 2pm
- Clarendon Shopping Centre, Hyde on 20 July 2022, 10am – 2pm
