We are pleased to present our report and financial statements>>, for Jigsaw Homes Group Limited for the 2023/24 financial year. The statements set out a comprehensive account of our activities during 2023/24 and provide an insight into the Group’s efforts to deliver on its strategic priorities:

Across the whole of Jigsaw, 2023/24 was a record year for the delivery of new homes with more than 900 new homes built.
We have also been able to expand Jigsaw Support’s portfolio of services which help the most vulnerable.
The repairs reported by tenants, remained at high levels particularly relating to mould and condensation, for which we have put in place new arrangements to ensure a prompt and proportionate response. This included improved training for staff members, and changes to our recording systems so that reports of damp and mould are given due priority.
Jigsaw’s financial strength was recognised in the year by Moody’s assigning an ’a2 stable’ rating.
