Jigsaw’s customer contact service Connect has once again achieved its CCA (Customer Contact Association) Accreditation for the 11th year in a row.
CCA measures an organisation’s customer service strategy, and how easy it is for customers to get in touch and provides a foundation for building better customer experience in a digital world.
The accreditation involves an assessment carried out by an independent team of qualified assessors who said our ‘commitment to go above and beyond to meet customer needs while at the same time looking after employees is clearly evident.’
Tracey Adu, Assistant Director of Corporate Services (Contact Centre) said: “We are extremely proud to once again have attained this accreditation award which demonstrates the highest standards in delivering excellence for our residents – our top priority.”
