Jigsaw’s Neighbourhood Engagement Team attended the Tameside Jobs Fair to give residents important career advice and guidance.
The event was organised by the Department for Work and Pensions and held at the Oasis Centre in Haughton Green, Denton.
Its aim was to highlight available job opportunities with training centres, colleges and employers for people searching in the Tameside area.
Neighbourhood Engagement Officers Joanne Shaw and Julie Fraser attended to promote the Jigsaw employment and training clubs, share our upcoming free training courses and give advice around housing and energy support.
Joanne Shaw said: “The jobs fair was very well attended, with Jigsaw Homes receiving a lot of interest especially as an employer.”
