Our Housing and Customer Hubs

Housing and Customer Hub Tameside, the home of your Housing and Customer Specialist.

Your place to visit Monday to Friday 9:30am to 4:30pm, to discuss face-to-face all your housing related enquiries. We provide a face to face , no appointment needed service with the aim of resolving your enquires in full during your visit. If we are unable to do so, we will map out a time plan for a resolution

Great news!

From Monday 2 August 2021 the Hub has re-opened. No appointment is needed.

Our opening times are Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 4:30pm.

Our address is Cavendish 249, Cavendish Street, Ashton-under-Lyne, OL6 7AT.

Please note:

Our previous Ashton and Hyde Hubs have relocated to the above address. The sites at Henrietta Street, Ashton and Clarendon Street, Hyde will not re-open. Instead they have merged to become our new Housing and Customer Hub Tameside, located at our Tameside Head Office.
