For Gas Safety Week (11-17 September 2023) we asked our Jigsaw Rewards members to review the Gas Safety section of our website.
A total of 132 Jigsaw Rewards members took part in this activity, and 95% found reading the article interesting.
You said: 68% of people taking part in the survey hadn’t seen the gas safety section of the website before.
We did: We will consider how we can better promote this important information to more residents.
You said: 55% of people taking part in the survey learnt something new.
We did: We will look for other opportunities to use Jigsaw Rewards surveys to share important information with residents during awareness weeks.
The main things participants said they learnt were that if you smell gas you should call Cadent on 0800 111 999, that you can call Jigsaw 24 hours a day if you need to reschedule your gas safety check appointment, and that a lazy orange flame on a gas appliance can be a sign of danger (flames should be blue).
