Residents have been given the chance to tell us what they want to see in our Tenants Annual Report 2022/2023 and how they would like this information to be shared with others.
Residents voted via Jigsaw Rewards on what information should be included in the annual report which is a summary of our performance throughout the year. A total of 151 residents across Jigsaw Homes Tameside, North and Midlands took part.
Repairs came top of the list with 107 residents wanting to see this topic in the report. This was closely followed by Neighbourhood plans in which 95 people marked this as a priority and Anti-Social behaviour whereby 91 residents voted this to go in the report.
A further 81 residents wanted to hear more about Complaints and another 70 people wanted to priorities Letting and Allocations.
As a result of these finding, they will be shared in the Tenants Annual Report which is set to be published in summer 2023.
